• Not eligible — item already credited: No refund will be issued for any item that has already been credited or applied to a game account, regardless of circumstances.
• Submission deadline: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and must include valid proof (e.g., screenshots, order ID, or transaction records). Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.
